André L’Ecuyer, Mortgage Agent with Neighbourhood Dominion Lending Centres, was proud to present one of his clients with a $5,000 prize.
For the past three years, Neighbourhood Dominion Lending Centres has been holding a yearly draw for its clients, giving out several thousand dollars to lucky recipients.
This year, the prize was awarded to Canadian Nuclear Laboratories (CNL) employee Dan Maidens. He bought a house in Petawawa with L’Ecuyer’s help.
L’Ecuyer runs the Petawawa branch which is considered one of the best and most active of the Neighbourhood Dominion Lending Centres.
To celebrate the hard work of brokers like him, Neighbourhood Dominion Lending Centres invited all its brokers and franchisees to an annual Christmas party on Dec. 8. Among the festivities is a draw, and every person who received a mortgage during the year is entered to win. Of the three years the draw has been held, L’Ecuyer’s clients have won two of the grand prizes.
“The more volume you do, the more chance you get to win,” said L’Ecuyer.
Maidens received the cheque on Jan. 18 and plans to put the money towards house repairs.
