Inaugural Doggy Paddle raises over $6,300 for Ontario SPCA
Petawawa Point went to the dogs during the first-ever Doggy Paddle for the Ontario Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (Ontario SPCA) Renfrew County Animal Centre.

GARRISON PETAWAWA - Sections of Festubert Boulevard will be closed until 26 November 2021 in order to upgrade utilities and reconstruct the road. The construction will be done in phases beginning towards the Petawawa Golf Club and making its way towards the main intersection at Petawawa Boulevard

100 km walk raises $21,066 for JDRF
Petawawa teen Ruby Pilatzke raised $21,066 for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF), more than double her original goal of $10,000. Starting on Aug. 6, the 17-year-old walked 100 km from Arnprior to Petawawa to raise money for JDRF.
