Wishing everyone a Happy Thanksgiving, and if you can’t be with family, you can at least be with friends.

The Catch The Ace pot is growing every week and the winner this week is guaranteed a nice prize and if they pick the Ace, it is even better. Drop in to the branch during regular bar hours to get your ticket. There’s only 300 this week so don’t be disappointed and get yours early. Tickets sold until 5:45 Friday nights or until sold out, then the draw takes place at 6 p.m. Everyone can buy tickets, not just members of the Legion, so good luck.

You can enjoy our Friday fish and chips every week from 5-6:30 p.m. Choose from fish, chicken strips, or wings and pair it with onion rings, fries or both. We have regular or smaller portions and we do take out.

Soup and sandwich Wednesdays started this week so mark your calendars and come out from 11:30-1 p.m. in the upstairs hall and enjoy the soup of the day and two types of sandwiches. One is always egg and the second changes weekly. Open to all.

On November 26 is our Christmas Craft Fair. If you would like to reserve a table or for more information, call Liz at 613-687-2504 weekday mornings.

If you are looking for facilities to hold a large or small gathering for a formal or casual event, we can help you out. We have a large hall for rent or lower lounge area for use. Dates are starting to fill up for Christmas parties so if you have a date in mind, it is best to book now. We also have catering available on-site by the Ladies Auxiliary so give Liz a call at the number above.
